Live! Love! Dance! Spring recital helps children who have been diagnosed with cancer

The Toy Factory Showcase

CDA students presented The Toy Factory Showcase. We partnered with the Raleigh US Marine Corps - Toys for Tots Foundation. Instead of a ticket price to the showcase, our guests were encouraged to donate a new toy. We collected over 200 toys for children in our community! Way to go dancers!

Spring Recital/Fundraiser Event - Malaria No More!

This year Community Dance Academy partnered with Malaria No More, in conjunction with World Malaria Day, as their Recital Outreach Event! CDA raised enough funds for the Malaria No More foundation, to purchase 101 mosquito nets! Thank you for your willingness to give!

Windsor Point Retirement Home

CDA students go to Windsor Point Retirement Home twice a year to share their talents and to share their love with precious seniors in our community. We are so proud of all of our students. They take the time to visit and talk with the residents after they dance. We are all truely blessed!

Food Drive for the Fuquay Varina Emergency Pantry

CDA students presented a Thanksgiving Showcase. The Community was invited to enjoy an afternoon of dance. Instead of a ticket price, our guests were encouraged to bring and donate non-perishable food to the Fuquay Varina Pantry. Our students did a wonderful job showcasing their accomplishments.

Once Upon A Time" Spring Dance Recital Book Drive

CDA students presented "Once Upon A Time". The Community was invited to enjoy an afternoon of dance. Instead of a ticket price, our guests were encouraged to donate new books for pre-school and elementary children. Community Dance Academy students collected 228 books! Half of these books were distributed to low-income families in our community and the other half donated to the Fuquay Varina Library.

The Christmas Village

On Saturday, December 10th, Community Dance Academy, the dance program offered at the Fuquay Varina Community Center and the Fuquay Varina Parks and Recreation, presented a Holiday Dance Showcase for the Community of Fuquay Varina. The performance took place at the Fuquay-Varina Community Center.
